Nadav presented to a mix of people in the room and on Zoom, giving an overview of his thesis in a talk titled “Reburns of high severity patches: effects on ponderosa pine regeneratio and plant community composition.

Sarah presented the results of two years of hard work, giving a talk titled “Evaluating aspen seedling outplanting success following high severity wildfire in the Southwest.”

Sarah presented her research on best practices for planting aspen in burned areas at the Society of American Foresters National Convention in Sacramento.

Titled “From Flames to Forage: How Wildfire Affects Elk Behavior and Abundance”, Megan’s thesis presentation was fantastic.

Emily presented her original research at an undergraduate research symposium in the library at USU. Her successful URCO research grant proposal funded her to do this research. Congrats Emily!
